CALP Community Adult Learning Program
- Receive one-to-one tutoring for 1-3 hours a week.
- Meet at a time that works for yourself and your tutor: days, evening or weekends.
- Meet together at the Literacy Society or in any public place.
- Lessons are tailored to each person, you decide what you want to study.
LINC Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada
- Free Adult English Classes and Introduction to Canadian Society & Culture
- LINC classes are free for permanent residents and refugees.
- Free ESL is also available for provincial nominees, care aides and Canadian Citizens.
ESL Conversation Circle
- Fun, informal and interactive circle aimed for anyone that desires to improve their English and meet new people
- Held at Fort St. John Literacy Society every first Friday of the month 1-3pm
ESL Women’s Conversation Circle
- Fun, informal and interactive circle aimed for newcomer women that desire to improve their English and meet new people
- Held at Fort St. John Literacy Society.

Dolly Parton Imagination Library
- This program provides one FREE book a month to children aged 0-5 years old.
