Leaders Laurie Cardinal and Brittany Mycock will be leading your hike, followed by a yoga session and meditation.
Please expect the hike to take up anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half. The yoga and meditation portion will take up around 30 mins.
You will receive a follow up email with the expected weather conditions and gear needed for the particular hike.
Departure times are on the time stated. We will not be waiting for people to arrive. We need to safely move as a group. Please be on time 🙂
NO PETS PLEASE. We understand you have an amazing pet…just sometimes pets don’t like each other. We will also be headed into some areas with deer, rabbits, and other wildlife. Although the leaders will make sure you are safe…a pet running after a deer for 2 hrs is fun for no one.
Both leaders will have bear spray and emergency locators. Both leaders are also certified in first aid.
